Restorative Nursing Program

Residents are evaluated for participation in a restorative program, which focuses on achieving and maintaining an individual’s physical, mental and psycho-social functioning.

Our restorative nursing team creates a custom care plan for each resident participating in this program to achieve their individual goals.
